The Dragons got a big win Sunday vs the previously 8-1 Atlanta Sox. The Sox are a solid ballclub but the Dragons put together another quality win with clutch 2 out hitting, great pitching and solid defense all around.

Jose Mendoza and Caleb Autry contributed 3 hits each, Matt Bishop had 2 hits and was on base 4 times.

Glenn Panter made his Dragons debut and had 2 hits and 2 RBI.

8 different Dragons had hits and 9 Dragons scored a run in the balanced attack. Dalton Davenport dealt on the mound only allowing 2 runs through 6 innings until a 2 run HR in the 7th. Cody Tournear and Danny Ungaro closed it out for the Dragons staff.

The Dragons will host a tough Cherokees ballclub next Sunday.
