The Dragons dropped a tough one 4-3 after leading the whole game. Stranding 8 runners on base, we were a couple hits away from breaking it open and couldn't get it done.
Stef Lollar was great on the mound going 4 scoreless, allowing just 2 hits, and striking out 3.

For the 2nd week in a row, Tyler Moore threw out a runner at home from right field to keep it a 3-1 lead in the 5th.

In the Sox 7th and final inning, Tommy Bottichio led off with a home run. The Sox loaded the bases with the winning run at 3rd and nobody out and Julian Sewell pitching. Sewell got back to back strikeouts and had two strikes on the last batter who hit a tough chopper to third that was bobbled and an errant throw to 2nd allowed the winning to score for the Blue Sox.

The Dragons are 9-3 on the season, currently leading the league as the 1 seed. A tough and improved Punishers team awaits next week. We will shake this one off and be ready to play.
